MADE AND DISPATCHED FROM WAIHEKE ISLAND

Mahara products are handcrafted on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. We aim to make and dispatch standard orders within four working days after receiving payment and all required photographs or other order information.

Working days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays. If we need to contact you about an image, design or order detail, production may be paused until the required information is received.

FREE WAIHEKE ISLAND DELIVERY

Orders delivered to a Waiheke Island address with the postcode 1081 receive free local delivery.

Local delivery is not guaranteed to be same-day. If you have accommodation checkout times, ferry travel or other helpful delivery information, please include it in your order notes.

STANDARD NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Standard orders delivered elsewhere in New Zealand are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.90.

Shipping for bulk orders, unusually large orders or other specially quoted work may vary and will be included in your individual quote.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Courier timeframes begin after your order has been made and dispatched. Delivery times may vary during busy periods and around public holidays.

Please allow approximately four to five business days after dispatch for parcels travelling to rural or non-urban addresses, as courier deliveries to these areas may occur less frequently.

Mahara cannot control delays once a parcel has been handed to the delivery provider, but we will assist with tracking or delivery enquiries wherever possible.

URGENT ORDERS

If you need your order by a particular date, please contact Mahara before placing your order. We will always do our best to help, but urgent production or delivery cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
